Just wanted to give you guys a bit of an update. I've been real busy with my current project which I don't have an exact date yet when it will be available but hopefully soon. The project is a comic book series called The Threat and this will be my first comic book work publishd. I can't tell you guys just how much I've learned in the process of putting this book together with my friends Mark Schmidt(publisher/writer/letterer), Vince Chuter(publisher/writer) and William Anderson(colorist). Drawing a comic is real hard work and putting everything together even harder. I also feel like I've improved dramatically in my storytelling and my comic art as I keep drawing pages. I can see a clear evolution from my first few pages to the ones I'm working now, it can be a little frustrating sometimes because I wish I could go back and redo some of those pages but I think this is normal.
Well, here's a sketch cover I worked on today while I was waiting for customers at Traders Village. I decided to try something a little different and draw wolverine as a little chibi.
Also here's a sketch I did a few days ago of two characters from The Threat, the kid with the goggle is Paul and the other guy is Kevin.
